Ginger's Story
Ginger is a sweet, three year old Khaki Campbell hen who, along with her friends Briar, Bramble, Nutmeg, and Whisper, is searching for her forever home! Ginger is a personable and friendly little girl who gets along well with other ducks and humans alike! Ginger was cruelly dumped in the wild to fend for herself, but thankfully was rescued from that fate! She was adopted into a wonderful family, but unfortunately their housing situation changed and they could no longer care for their ducks. As a result, Ginger was returned to our care. She has completed her quarantine period, tested negative for internal parasites, and is ready to find her perfect forever home! Could that be with you?

Ginger, Briar, Bramble, Nutmeg, and Whisper are searching for a forever home where they can stay together, as they are a bonded flock. If you are new to caring for waterfowl, we are happy to help guide you and get you set up for success! Potential adopters must have a predator proof coop/enclosure and a veterinarian who treats waterfowl. Contrary to popular belief, domestic ducks do not need a pond and in fact thrive in backyard spaces! If your yard could benefit from some happy quacks, this flock would love to be of assistance!
