Gargamel's Story

A cute squishy gray bird, who loves to sit on things to squish just as squishy as her. Gragamel is an ex-racing pigeon who self-rescued. 3 bands on his legs, one marked her "Chicago 2025" meaning she had been through a lot to get all the way to Minnesota before she was rescued. Despite her unknown and most likely very frightful past, she is kind and very relaxed when it comes to human touch. Gargamel has adjusted well to her new life of indoor luxury. Her absolute favorite activity to do is loaf on soft things. Blankets, pillows, couches and her most favorite object, a blue dragon squishmallow! Which of course, will go with her to her new home. So, if you have a pile of stuffed animals that need a cherry topping pigeon, Gargamel is the bird for you!

Rescued: 6/22/26
Gender: Female
Age: 2025 baby

We have an adoption application that must be filled out so we can get to know you better! Each of our pigeons for adoption are healthy, has had any necessary medical care and will go home with a toy/treat. We also support our adopters 100% through the lifetime of their adopted pigeon and will help them in any way, even if that means taking back a pigeon they can no longer care for. The adoption fee is $30 to give a home to a single pigeon or pair of married pigeons. The adoption fee goes directly back to the care of our other pigeons and future rescues. All of our pigeons are very special with their own unique stories, and they can't wait to make your life more coo'!
