His caretaker writes:<br/><br/>“Ernie is not currently hand-tamed, but he will allow you to get fairly close before reacting. He does bite quite hard if you have to handle him, but does not go out of his way to hurt anyone. He seems a little scared and wary, but I feel like he will be a very sweet companion with the right effort. He likes to hang out with his budgie friends who are also available for adoption (Lemondrop Jr and Pickles), but is not required to be adopted with them. He has the sweetest little chirps and whistles, and I've enjoyed talking with him and spending time nearby him.
