Conure Pair: Pineapple's Story
Pineapple is a friendly Pineapple Green-Cheeked Conure who loves hanging out with his best buddy Pistachio, a natural mutation Green-Cheeked Conure. Pineapple is a resilient fellow. Prior to arriving at PEARL, he was involved in an accident which resulted in the loss of his left leg along with two toes on his right leg. Pine has adapted amazingly and is quite an inspiration. He enjoys occasional flights around the room usually in tandem with his pal Pistachio during out of cage time and otherwise gets around well in and out of his cage thanks to special accommodations like adaptive perching options.

Pistachio is protective over Pineapple and the two should be adopted to a home without other birds.

Pineapple and Pistachio are a bonded pair who must be adopted together. These two conures love each other very much. They respond well to training and are becoming more socialized by the day. Pineapple will gladly take a treat from his foster mom and recently learned to step up to her hand when asked. Pistachio steps up for his foster mom after training Their $300 adoption fee is for both of them.

************************************************************************************************************************

Age: Hatched in 2013

Sex: Males

Adoption Fee: $300.00 (Pair)

************************************************************************************************************************

PEARL Parrot Rescue is an all-volunteer and foster-based organization located in Pittsburgh, PA.
