COCONUT's Story

My friends describe me as: Communicative, friendly and a little shy Meet Coconut! (white) Coconut and Marley came to us as a owner surrender through no fault of thier own. Coconut is a little bit more shy than Marley. He does love to talk with you and share his songs with you as well. Coconut does rely on Marley for confidence and once he sees Marley by into human affection Coconut will follow his lead. If you are interested in Coconut and Marley please call or stop by our Brewster location. Coconut is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Coconut or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Animal Rescue League of Boston's Adoption Policy

We require the following as part of the adoption process: - We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirement. - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older - A photo of the cage your pet will live in, if adopting a small animal or bird - Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier to bring home all adopted cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals or birds of a larger size. All ARL Animal Care & Adoption centers offer new travel carriers for sale ($35 – $40 depending on size), along with gently used carriers, as supplies last ($10).
