Assorted adult budgies are available!! eff. 2/4/26<br/><br/>Several pairs, some singles. Budgies come in and out here all the time. Sometimes we are behind in current pictures.<br/><br/>They are under 4 years old. Mostly younger. Birds go out with food and toys.<br/><br/>Need a cage? We may some extra nice used cages stored in our garage. Most of our keets are on a seed diet that they came in on. <br/><br/>One blue and white keet is on a pelleted diet for someone who wants to keep the bird on pellets.<br/><br/>We adopt out budgies for pets only. Not available for breeding purposes. They came from pet homes. We do not adopt out birds as "surprise gifts" for children or elderly people. We must meet the caretaker of our birds. Adopters we choose must be safety-conscious in their maintenance of owning a bird. You must be open to answering our questions also. <br/><br/>Budgies come in and go out quickly, so actual pictures may not be current. By the time one inquires, the one you want may be adopted out. <br/><br/>One must have owned a pet bird in the recent past to qualify for adoption. Farm birds do not count as pet birds. (Farm bird care is not the same as inside cage bird care and maintenance.) Our rescue birds are not to be given away to friends or other family members. Each household must fill in an application to adopt. Small adoption fee. <br/><br/>Applications are by email. We will first have questions for you.
