Someone once told us about biting and we were like, “Wait… people do that?!”<br/><br/>We weren’t handled much before, so we’re a little nervous. But don’t mistake that for disinterest—we are painfully desperate to be your good boys. Like, people-pleasing golden retriever energy, but with feathers and a much louder voice.<br/><br/>All we need is an experienced human with:<br/><br/>A sense of humor<br/><br/>A big heart<br/><br/>Possibly industrial-strength earplugs<br/><br/><br/>A human with experience (and a good therapist—because we have FEELINGS).<br/><br/>A home that’s patient and chill but also willing to coach us into being the majestic icons we’re clearly meant to be.<br/><br/>A strong perch. Preferably one that doesn’t judge us when we tremble on it.<br/><br/>We’re not just looking for a home. We’re looking for THE home. The one that sees our nervous little souls and says, “Yeah… I can work with that.”<br/><br/>Help us build our confidence. Teach us what “step up” actually means.
