Basil and Nova's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Basil originally came in with his friend Splish Splash. Unfortunately Splish Splash passed away but we had a trio and Basil found a friend there. Nova is also a green parakeet and they both most likely have Psittacine beak and feather disease as they both have long beaks that they will need to have trimed on a regular basis. This is also highly contagious to other birds so they will need to be the only birds in a home. They are not hand tamed but do like to talk to their people and are very sweet, little guys.

Their adoption fee is $20 for the pair (The entire set up can be purchased with them for an additional $50)

To adopt Basil and Nova, fill out an application at www.kakf.org/forms
