Ashanti is a female cockatiel that is a born momma. Before adding her mate, Daddy Mack, she laid 5 eggs! We have not added the nesting box back into the cage because we did not want to adopt them out with unhatched eggs. This is a wonderful pair of cockatiels. Since we have other birds here at the shelter, we have quarantined these birds and treated them for 45 days with doxy just to be sure they are completely disease free.
