Ted's Story

Hi, I'm Ted, a friendly and smart 5-year-old pig who weighs in at a solid 136 pounds! I'm neutered and microchipped, and while I take a little time to warm up to new friends, I'm absolutely worth the patience. I've got a real appreciation for good snacks, and I'm always eager to learn and explore my surroundings. Come visit me and let's get to know each other - I think we could be great companions!

The Asher House's Adoption Policy
The Asher House currently focuses on adoptions within Oregon, Washington, and Idaho so that we can provide post-adoption support to our adopters and animals. If you live in one of these three states and see a dog you’re interested in, please complete our adoption application. As part of our adoption process, we ask for two references and conduct a video home check. If we believe one of our animals could be a good match for you, we’ll schedule a meet-and-greet for everyone in your household, including your current dog(s). This gives everyone an opportunity to meet and helps us determine together whether the adoption is the right fit. Our goal is always to create safe, loving, and successful lifelong matches for our animals and their adopters. All of our adoptable animals are on our website www.theasherhouse.com.
