LILLY's Story

Adoption fee: $50 Meet Lilly! This sweet girl is looking for an adopter who will take their time getting to know her and let her take all the time she needs to settle in to her new home. She did not meet a lot of people in her previous home and can take some time to warm up. The good news? This girl loves snacks! Yummy treats are definitely the way to her heart! The bad news? She will need to be on a carefully managed diet to prevent her from becoming too overweight as she does have some mobility issues. Due to her mobility issues, Lilly will benefit from having a close relationship with a vet. All pigs need room to roam, graze, root, and wallow. A proper pig proof enclosure and fencing is a must with access to an indoor space for shelter as needed. Pigs are generally pretty temperature sensitive creatures and tend to especially dislike the cold. Extra bedding and insulation should be provided during the colder months and access to shaded areas and a wallow are musts for the warmer months as it is the only way for pigs to cool themselves down! Interested in meeting one of our available potbelly pigs? Fill out an adoption inquiry and a staff member will be in touch!
