Meet Charlie

Charlie is neutered male estimated to be at least 5 years old. He came from a neglectful situation and took a long time to recover from the physical and emotional abuse. He is still skittish and will need a quiet home and an owner who can give him patience, love, and lots of treats (bribery works wonders!) His current foster categorized him as "kind of feral" and he will need time to come out of his shell. Charlie likely will not do well in a loud or chaotic environment. He has made a lot of piggy friends so it may help him to have a more confident pig around to show him that people aren't all scary.

Charlie will only be adopted to an EXPERIENCED owner who is aware of and can accommodate his special needs. Please do not apply if you are not a former or current pig parent. Because of his history and current temperament, we will only consider homes without younger children.

Charlie's adoption fee is $150. There is an extra $100 fee for out-of-state adoptions so that we can obtain a health certificate. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application online at http://acritterschance.net/available-animals. We DO NOT ship our animals.
