Rory and Lorelai Guinea Pig Short-Haired Poughkeepsie, NY

Rory (10 month old) and her baby Lorelai (6 month old), were left abandoned in a building and were brought to us by animal control. They were hungry and scared but thankfully are doing great now ...wheeking for their salad every afternoon.
Guinea pigs are always best with friends of the same species. They talk and lay with their buddies and love to run around their large cages. We like to think that a home isn't quite a home without the sound of piggies "Wheeking" each time the refrigerator door opens for veggies!
There is a suggested donation of $125.00 for our spayed/neutered guinea pig pairs. Bonded pairs will not be split.
As with all our adoptable pets, there is an approved application with veterinarian and personal references required. Once you have been approved we will contact you to schedule an appointment for you to come meet your potential newest family member along with a few others that may fit your specific families situation.
It is VERY important to us that your furry friend enjoys your company as well as you enjoy theirs!
You must be willing to come to Dutchess County, New York to personally meet with us and sign an adoption contract. Under no circumstances will we ship our pets.
