Thyme Rabbit Mini Lop & Dutch Mix Shawnee, KS

Thyme is an adorable 1-year-old male rabbit looking for his forever home. Thyme has experienced a lot of change in his short life; therefore, he takes a while to warm up and settle in. He currently enjoys free roaming during the day but is in his pen at night. He has access to the entire house but chooses to stay in the living room close to his pen. He spends his days napping behind the couch. In the morning, he will rattle his pen announcing he is ready to be let out. In the evening, he likes to explore the living room and occasionally gets a case of the zoomies with a binky thrown in for good measure.

At this point, he is not a big snuggler and does not enjoy being picked up. He does allow pets but only on his terms. He is coming out of his shell and over time may come to enjoy more time with his people. His foster mom thinks he may warm up more quickly in a quieter household. He does great with respectful kids who recognize his signals and will eat from a young kids' hands (and even climb onto their laps if they have a particularly tasty treat), but he is quick to back away when done. His litter box skills are great. He does chew, so bunny proofing will be necessary, but he isn't excessive with his chewing. Thyme is a great bunny who has a ton of personality waiting to come out once he lets his guard down!
