Sassy Girl Rabbit American Sable Mix Cream Ridge, NJ

Sassy Girl is one of the "Amboy 22" bunnies. A woman had moved 22 rabbits into her kitchen and was in over her head. She was not able to house the bunnies appropriately or keep up with their daily care, so she called Kind Heart.

Sassy (affectionately named!) is a beautiful young girl, around 1-1.5years old. She's teeny at just about 3lbs. She's is a very curious lady and loves to inspect every inch of her surroundings. She's is enjoying her new life of having unlimited hay and a balanced diet of her hay, greens and a few pellets. Sassy Girl was previously housed in a very small cage with several other female bunnies who fought so she very much enjoys meal time on her forage mat!

Sassy is truly a sweet girl, who wants attention from her people but due to her past, she sometimes has a tough time expressing it. Mindy would do amazingly with an experienced rabbit family that understands a little "boxing" is from fear and not aggression and is willing to spend some time getting to know her on her level. We promise that she's worth the time!

Sassy requires a little warning when being picked up, but she actually really likes being held where she can face you against your chest. She'll accept kisses and even groom you back!
