Beans and Sprout Rabbit Lionhead Mix Garner, NC

Meet Beans and Sprout! A bonded pair of rabbits, we call them bun husband and bun wife. Beans is the grey rabbits, she is the female bun wife with a glorious bunny mullet. Sprout is little white bun husband, he is so fuzzy and cute!

These two were rescued from a neglect situation. When Sprout first came to us he had severe pneumonia and matting. His pneumonia was so bad, we weren't sure if he would make it. But here he is, almost completely over the sickness! We had a wellness check done on 1/10 and he officially has no more rattling noises in his lungs, great news! Sprout also got groomed on 1/10 to get rid on the matting and was an A+ patient according to his vet team. Beans and Sprout also had super overgrown nails, it was so bad the nails were going sideways. Our volunteers trimmed their nails and they are so happy to be able to hop and binky pain free!

Beans is completely litter box trained, Sprout is just about there but he is younger so he is still learning. These two are house rabbits who will need space to free roam and have big ol binkies. In their foster home they currently have their own little room with toy, tunnels, litter boxes, and endless hay. We are determined to find them an enriched loving home!

They are both fixed and just about ready to go to their forever home! They are both super friendly and curious. They love to adventure around their room and really love enrichment activities like snuffle matts and new carboard boxes to chew on. Sprout just about melts into the ground when he gets pets from his human, he is SO sweet. They both love their daily greens and healthy treats like banana's and apple's.
