Meet Amethyst
Hi everyone my name is Amethyst and I was recently taken into the rescue along with several other buns from a massive hoarding/breeding case. I am a beautiful black rex rabbit which means I have the softest fur of all the different breeds of rabbits. That is how I got my name because my fur is so black it has a purplish sheen.
I was recently spayed and received a clean bill of health. I am estimated to be between 1-2 years of age and am full grown at 4 lbs. I am now eating a proper diet of Oxbow timothy pellets, timothy hay and a daily mix of fresh dark leafy greens. I am also a big fan of drinking out of bowls not bottles. I am sweet but slightly shy, but who can blame me after all I have been thru.
Since I am used to other buns I may be a good candidate as a bond partner for any neutered males searching for a wife.
Would you consider opening your heart and home to a sweet little lady like me?
