My name is Phoenix and yes, I am just as pretty as the southern constellation! I came into care with my mama Jean Grey, who was pregnant at the time. I am a puppy from a previous litter of hers, but thanks to the rescue she won’t be having anymore - and I will never have a single one!

My foster mom says that I am a very special girl, who is interested in everything (especially food). I like to be near you, and live life to the fullest. I love to play and I make friends quickly with all walks of life - kids, cats and dogs! I can be a little shy and nervous meeting new dogs. With slow and proper introductions we'll be goofing around in no time, running around the yard with all my toys!

I learn very quickly, and my love of food makes it easy. I am kennel trained, housebroken and working on my leash manners. I know "sit", "stay" and "leave it". I wonder what type of other amazing things my furever home teach me?
