Grace German Shepherd Dog Mix Chippewa Falls, WI

Gracie is a sweet, quiet German Shepherd who has been given up on again and again. Humans haven’t been so nice to her, but we are searching for the perfect, loving family to adopt her. Her story is sad. Stray to kill shelter, rescued to foster in Texas, sent to a different foster in MN, then adopted in WI. Adopter decided they didn’t want her and abandoned her in the cold. Grace ended up in a shelter that would have euthanized her, but we rescued her again. Due to this, she is nervous and has some separation anxiety. She needs a patient, loving person to help her through this at first. Once she comes out of her shell she is a playful, happy dog. Grace is very loving and basically a big gentle baby. She is almost 3 yrs old and weighs about 70 lbs. She is absolutely beautiful. She has a really pretty coat and Amber colored eyes. Gracie likes giving kisses, and loves attention. She would do best in a family with older kids, or no kids. She did well with my nephews who are 8, 11, and 14. Grace loves people. She can be with another dog close to her size. Her favorite thing to do is play outside with other dogs. Gracie is potty trained, spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations.
