Meet Sage
Sage is such an interesting, loving cat! She was found with a tiny kitten (who is also available for adoption).
Our first assumption was this pretty girl was the kitten’s mom. When we separated them the little one cried and cried. It just broke our hearts so we put Sage into the cage with Kevin (the kitten) until their foster mom could pick them up. He stopped crying and couldn’t be happier!
But Kevin never nursed on Sage. They cuddled and groomed each other. They played and really seem to love each other though.
It turns out Sage was already spayed. So she wasn’t mom. She cared for and loved him like she was though.
We’re really hoping this sweet lady can get her forever home soon. She’s very pretty and just a purring machine. Sage has so much love to give!
