Meet Pluto
Pluto (#19-119) is a beautiful red heeler mix who came to us from another shelter. He is a very friendly pup who knows how to sit and walk on a leash.
Pluto can be a bit shy at first but will learn to love you quickly, covering you in kisses and hugs while helping you do your work!

The Quad City Animal Welfare Center's Adoption & Education Center is located at 724 2nd Avenue W. in Milan, IL.
We are open Monday-Saturday noon to 5 p.m., extended hours until 6 p.m. on Wednesdays, and closed on Sundays.
