Meet Hot Rod
I am a cheerful, healthy senior gentleman, calm and well mannered. I love to play catch! Did I tell you I love people? I can cuddle or just hang out with you!
Available for adoption at Rotts of Friends, Woodland, CA: (530)-681-1326. Hot Rod’s beloved owner became ill after 8 years together and unable to care for him, placing him at the Berkeley Animal Shelter. A staff and volunteer favorite during his year–long-stay, he was never adopted so money was raised for him to go to Rotts of Friends, where he has another chance for someone to fall in love and adopt him.
If Hot Rod could write his own profile, we’re pretty sure it would read something like: I am a ball dog and will run down and return the ball as long as it’s thrown and still have energy for a vigorous walk when fetch is done.
