Meet Tonka

Can anybody find me somebody to love? Although my name indicates I am a sturdy kinda guy, I am really a big love bug! There is Labrador in me, so I am a people guy who looves to fetch! I do tend to guard my food and toys (wouldn't you if you never had a place to call your own?) but my peeps at the shelter feel I am an eager learner and with love and firm but kind training, I can overcome my sharing issues. I have not had the chance to hang out with cats, so I do not know if I like them. I do prefer the canine ladies. Because I am solid like a Tonka truck, I do have child restrictions. I would hate to knock over a little person when I get a bit rowdy. I am seeking someone to love me, play with me, train me, exercise me, tell me I am handsome - and in return, I will be the LOVE of your life! Look in my eyes and tell me - will you by my person?
