Meet Higgins
Higgins is a handsome little Bichon Frise/Poodle Mix, weighing in at just under 10 pounds. Higgins has a heart murmur but does not require medication. This 7 year old is super sweet and cuddly! He loves his humans with all his might and wants to be the only dog receiving their affection. Higgins also enjoys the company of older children who are gentle with him. He is going to make a wonderful companion!
His minimum adoption donation is $235 plus a $12 fee for rabies registration with McLean County Animal Control.
He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
