Miss Money Penny Old English Sheepdog & Poodle Mix Norwalk, CT

Miss Money Penny is approx 3 years and 38 lbs. She is a beautiful shaggy dog, so we actually did a DNA test on her. She is a mix of Old English Sheepdog and poodle . Miss money penny is miss personality!! She has a great disposition and loves to play but is just as happy on her own. She can be a little strong on a leash as she gets excited to be going somewhere. She enjoys riding in a car and looking out of the window. She will be a great companion for someone. She can be a couch potato and likes to hang out in a nice cool space. She can be an bossy when she meets new dogs but once she gets to know them she’s their best friend. She is in foster care with two other dogs and she enjoys their company.

Our rescue requires a home with no children under the age of 12 years. She did test positive for heart worms and has been treated with the recommended series of shots. We usually find that the dogs test clear in 4-6 months, we also require that the dogs been kept on heart guard as a monthly heartworm preventative.

The total adoption fee of $525 and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, lepto, distemper and canine influenza, and micro chip with a lifetime pre paid registration. The total amount is payable to Shaggy Dog Rescue which is a 501c3. We also provide a coupon for a free wellness visit to the South Wilton Vet group if convenient for you.
