Girlie Girl-Available for a Meet and Greet! Italian Greyhound Mix Pawtucket, RI

Girlie Girl is a estimated to be an Italian Greyhound / Chihuahua mix that weighs 9.3 lbs and is approximately 4 years old. Girlie Girl is compassionate and loves to be held. She is intelligent and can be a bit mischievous if you leave the bag of treats out for her to reach. She is also athletic and agile with high jumps. She walks on a leash and rides well in the car. She shows no overt cat aggression so we believe she would be well with a cat. At no fault of their own, Princess and Girlie Girl were surrendered by their owner because they were getting a new dog. Each are such sweethearts and will make loving pets for a forever and ever home.

Our adoption fees are: Puppies - Adults $ 525, Seniors $325. These adoption rates include transport to designated New England pick up locations using either Rescue Road Trips or Pets LLC. If you do a search you will see that this is a very reasonable adoption fee and comparable to other rescues.

All our dogs are altered (spayed or neutered), DHLPP, rabies, Heartworm tested and neg, microchipped and get a fecal and treated for parasites if any found. A meet and greet is not possible before adoption unless we have a foster home open up. Most times our dogs get adopted before a foster home becomes available - and if so they go straight to adoption. Foster mom's talk to adopters and feel confident that this will be a match before our dogs are transported up. Also if by some chance it is not a match we have a safety net in place as we ask that adopters let us know that it is not a match and we direct you to take the dog to a foster home or boarding kennel once that is arranged. If necessary, we might ask you to foster the dog until a foster home can be arranged.
