Milo the cat & Otis the dog have recently had quite the adventure. A Simpsonville resident was traveling through Frankfort headed to Ohio. Suddenly, she spotted a cat & dog loose on the side of US 127 N, between Frankfort and Owenton. She pulled over to attempt to rescue them. Otis refused to get in the car until he knew Milo was safe and coming too. They have been inseparable since they arrived at the Franklin County Humane Society.
Otis is a playful, energetic boy. He is friendly with everyone here at the shelter as well. He likes to show his appreciation with doggie kisses and he likes to be able to keep an eye on Milo too. He is approximately 5 years old, black & white-chested, male Chihuahua mix that weighs 16 lbs.
Milo & Otis are very attached to each other and need a home together. Please open your heart and home to this unusual but adorable duo.
