Stella Catahoula Leopard Dog Mix Corvallis, OR

Sweet Stella is looking for her new best friend. A lovely Catahoula Leopard mix with one blue eye and one brown, Stella was adopted last year but then her dad had to move to a care facility and couldn't take her along. So here she is, ready for her next loving family.

Stella is an easygoing girl who loves just about everyone. She has lived peacefully with ducks, dogs, horses and cats. She is kind to children. Stella was found as a stray, so we don’t know much about her, but she does appear to have had some obedience training and she knows several commands including “sit”, “leave it” and “drop it”. She is well house trained. Stella loves to retrieves sticks from the water and she enjoyed living on a farm with her last human.

Since she was found as a stray, we don’t know her exact age, but it is estimated she is 10 years old.

Stella would do well in a home where she can enjoy being outside, though she does love to curl up on her bed indoors as well. She currently weighs 70+ pounds and would benefit from a diet and exercise program to help her regain her girlish figure.
