Any other info:
Blue was surrendered to us in July 2017 when he ate a small ball & required surgery to remove it. His family added several small children & it was no longer a good fit with all their toys laying around. Blue made it through surgery just fine & is now looking for another family. We want to make sure that he doesn't eat any more toys, so we are recommending that he goes to a calm or moderately active family with no small children because of the toy issue. Blue does receive a medicated bath once a week that has to sit for about 10 minutes and is on joint supplements for arthritis. His adoption fee is waved for an approved family.
Our adoption fees include the pets spay or neuter, microchip, up to date vaccines, heartworm/tick disease testing, and fecal check. All adoption fees can be found on our groups' Petfinder page. The first step to our adoption process is to fill out an adoption application on our website, www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab. Please email the application to adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net or drop it off in person during our business hours. Any questions regarding our adoptable dogs can be emailed along with your application. Please do not call the front desk with questions about our adoption program, as our receptionists are not involved with the adoption program. Allow us a few days to contact you about your application as we do get many in on a daily basis. We will contact you as soon as possible.
