Meet Gavin
Gavin is such a sweet boy! He loves attention and just melts with affection.
He had what we call “happy tail syndrome”. His tail was so long and he wiggles uncontrollably when he sees you he repeatedly damaged the tip of his tail, hitting it on every hard surface possible. It was safer to remove part of it to prevent further damage and infection.
Gavin tested well with cats, however he is not recommended to go to a home with another dog.
Gavin is a shy and submissive. He needs an owner willing to put in the time training to build his confidence. We recommend a quieter household with older children. His tail is still sensitive and may always be a sensitive area.
Gavin may require a fenced-in yard pending your location.
