Cookie arrived at the shelter on Feb 9, 2017, after his owner became ill and could not care for him. He is a quiet boy, who is coming out of is shell. Cookie just hanging out, that big old paw was constantly kneading as he purred, while he posed for a photo. He is a big gorgeous boy whose body shows signs of a rough and tumble life, with some evidence of frost bite and an old injury or virus has scarred one eye, also some lumps and bumps. He is a short haired grey tabby, estimated at 7.5 years. Cats older than 7 are classified as senior, even though they can live into their 20's. As such, his adoption fee is reduced to $50. A senior person may adopt him for no fee at all.
