OFOSA continues to work to reduce animal overpopulation. By spaying or neutering all our animals, we can end unwanted births and reduce the number homeless animals. All animals that are adopted from OFOSA are spayed or neutered prior to leaving the shelter. This does not mean they cannot be adopted. The cost for this is included in your adoption fee. It simply means we will do their spay/neuter, before they go home with you. This allows you to be sure they get the best medical care we provide.
