Meet Odin
Meet Odin
Odin is a small 14-year-old pug with special needs and lots of love to share. Odin is deaf and moves slow in his older age but if he sees or hears his people he loves to be their shadow. Odin would love to find a family where he can spend his golden years doing what he loves most – being held or sitting next to his people. His foster mom’s favorite thing about Odin is that “he’s just a quite, mellow old dude. But when I come in from work he pushes his way to front of the grumble for loving.”
Odin has weak back legs which can collapse under him if he stands or walks for too long. Odin has been having regular accupuncture treatments to help with his rear leg mobility and is improving greatly. He now wags his tail and walks a little more spry and can make it outside to potty with all the other pugs. He will need an adopter who will continue this treatment and who understands that he’s getting old and may suffer from incontinence so will need some patience and understanding in this arena.
