Bransen is a very shy yet deserving boy in search of a patient, nurturing home that will help build his confidence and teach him just how compassionate and wonderful humankind can be. He's currently in a foster home in New England learning what life is like in a home environment and the one thing he has taught us for sure is that he feels most comfortable with another dog to pal around with. It's been our experience working with shy, scared dogs that another canine companion truly does do wonders in showing the scared ones the ropes and assists a great deal in building confidence. For this reason, his new home must have another dog-friendly dog. He's crate trained, enjoys outdoor walks, does well on leash and is just waiting for that special someone that understands it will take some time to earn his trust. With positive association and reinforcement, consistency in guidance and gentleness, and with someone that understands how and the importance of providing a trusting environment, we know this boy will blossom.
