Meet Penelope, NY

Penelope is a stunning and super sweet kitty looking for a forever home, due to an upper respiratory she had when she was a tiny kitten that affected her eye, her eye pupil never looked the same after that. She is fine now and sees well out of both eyes. This kitty is super loving and will make a wonderful addition to any family.
She is approx a year old.
