AMBER was pulled from auction as a 2 year-old that arrived at AGES emaciated.
Amber has blossomed into a "take your breath away" beauty of a young mare that struts her stuff all-day… everyday... to anyone who will watch her! Transformed from a depressed, emaciated, slaughter-bound filly to an exuberant, lanky, stunning mare! Upon arrival at AGES, she was afraid of everyone and everything, but today she will allow you to catch her and lead her easily! Amber is a blank slate and ready to begin her training and shine bright like the star she is! With an adopter that wants to guide her development and teach her all of the things she never could have imagined getting to do while sitting in that kill pen just one short year ago, Amber’s possibilities are truly endless.
16.1HH (and growing), Amber is UTD, sound, sane, and an absolute doll, a star waiting for her opportunity to shine!
Amber is available for adoption now with an adoption fee of $600 to an approved home. Applications can be completed and emailed from our website, www.rescuehorses.org.
