Brad/adoption pending Chihuahua Medfield, MA

Brad is a sweet young Chihuahua who came to us with his friend Billie. He is a bit shy when he meets new people, but he warms up quickly, especially if you have treats or something really yummy like a bit of turkey. Brad and Billie are good friends and like to sleep snuggled up together. Brad is fond of warm sunny days, fleece blankets and having our volunteers share nibbles from their sandwiches. He seems to be completely housebroken.

If a dog is listed on our website, that means that dog is still available for adoption. The Shelter is staffed primarily by volunteers so adoption meetings take place on Saturdays from 11 - 1:00 during adoption hours, or by appointment. Brad's adoption fee is $200. Every dog we place is vaccinated, wormed, treated for ticks/fleas, tested for heartworm and Lyme and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. We send each dog home with a collar and leash and a month's worth of heartworm preventative. If a dog is listed on our website, they are still available for adoption. With very few exceptions, dogs are happiest and the most well-behaved when they receive daily exercise and ongoing training, so we always prefer to place our dogs with families who are willing to make a commitment to both.
