Meet Ginger
Ginger is a spicy Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. She was surrendered due to a change in living arrangements, no fault of her own. Her owner was extremely sad to have given her up. Ginger is used to having a fenced-in yard and has never really been around children. She would adjust to older children which are gentle. She has been with other dogs but we do require match-ups prior to adopting. She may have too much energy for some cats, but is most likely adaptable. Ginger is pretty high energy. The shelter is a very stimulating place. She would love to be in a quiet home, sharing your sofa watching the wheel, or maybe chasing squirrels away from your bird feeders. Ginger is a loyal young lady with many good years ahead of her. She will make a great companion for the right family.
*Ginger's adoption fee is $150. All HSSCM dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and are on a monthly flea/heartworm prevention.*
