Meet Papa

Papa is a 15 yr old shih tzu mix rescued from a NYC shelter after he was surrendered because he was too old. Papa cannot hear and he has difficulty seeing as well. Papa has a heart murmur and significant dental disease. He is intact because he cannot be put under anesthesia. He is currently being treated for glaucoma in one eye. Papa is in foster care with large and small male dogs and he is house and crate trained. Papa is great at the groomer and vet. Papa has the best personality! He may need more medical care as time goes on, so any potential adopters must be prepared for the financial aspect of adopting a senior.
