Meet Zonk

Zonk is an approximately 3 year old mixed breed boy who came to us as a stray and was never claimed. We're not sure how long he was out running the streets, but he's on the thin side, and could stand to gain 10-15 lbs on his skinny frame. Zonk is a quiet and gentle boy with a soft heart and a kindness in his eyes that reverberates through his soul. His breed mix is a best guess scenario. We think he may have some lab, hound, sharpei, terrier or pit bull in his blood, but only a DNA test (or his parents) could know the truth! Zonk is really a dream dog! He walks well on the leash and does fantastic with other dogs that he has met at the shelter. He seems to be on the submissive side, so he might be an easy fit for someone with a multi dog household. Zonk will bond closely with his friends and likes to stay at your side once he knows you. He will be a loyal and trusting companion for a lucky family!
