Meet Milagros
Milagros was saved from euthanasia at the Maricopa County Shelter. She was a stray who was the victim of an animal attack. Chiquita Chihuahua stepped in to save her and she had surgery for her wounds the following day.
2 year old Milagros maneuvers around easily by using her keen senses of smell and hearing.

MEET MILAGROS.....SHE WAS LIKELY THE VICTIM OF AN ANIMAL ATTACK LEAVING BOTH EYES SEVERELY INJURED , REQUIRING REMOVAL. NOW FULLY RECOVERED (video is from 2 weeks in recovery), SHE MANEUVERS AROUND BOTH INDOORS AND OUTSIDE VERY WELL USING HER SENSES OF SMELL AND HEARING. MILLIE IS ONLY 2-3 YEARS OLD, PROBABLY A SPANIEL MIX OF SOME SORT. She is housebroken, spayed, vaccinated and microchiped.SHE WOULD DO GREAT AS AN ONLY DOG, OR IN A HOUSEHOLD WITH A RELAXED DOG. EXPERIENCED PET OWNERS IN AN ADULT ONLY HOME IS THE TYPE OF FAMILY I AM HOPING MILAGROS CAN FIND.
CHIQUITA CHIHUAHUA RESCUE IS LOCATED IN BEAUTIFUL CAVE CREEK AZ We adopt our dogs locally and to families within a one to two hour drive from Metro Phoenix. However, a few select dogs have been adopted out of state residents, but require a meet and greet and an exceptional match.
