Bruschi - Honorary Team Captain Pit Bull Terrier & Coonhound Mix Framingham, MA

Much like his namesake, Tedy; Bruschi is a charming, fun loving, all around good guy. Like the Papa Gino’s ads, Bruschi will come into your home like an old friend. This handsome 2 year old pit bull mix showcases all the wonderful traits of the breed. He aims to please: sits on command, drops his toys on command, comes when he is called and loves nothing more than to snuggle up with you after a day of goofing around.

Need a best friend who can go everywhere with you? Bruschi is your guy. He is comfortable around people and other dogs and is interested in new adventures. He went to an adoption event at the Solomon Park Mall and tried to befriend everyone, including the three kids who were using him as a jungle gym. He couldn't have been happier with all the attention and the love.

Bruschi has gone by a few different names, as we have tried to find the right fit. He’s been Brando, Bingo and most recently Bruce. And like Bruce in the movie Finding Nemo, he tries hard to live by his mantra “Cats are friends, not food”. He does love cats, but sometimes a little too much for the cats comfort! An equal opportunity playmate, Bruschi even enjoys playing with pet rats!

He is young and has a medium energy level, so it's important to make sure he gets enough exercise. He'll happily snooze the night away on your lap so long as he gets playtime during the day, so he would do best with an active family. Bruschi is still very interested in learning new tricks and skills. We are working on his place command and good walking behaviors. He is completely housebroken and crate trained.
