Odette Domestic Short Hair Somerville, MA

Meet Odette, a special kitten looking for a special home. Odette is about 4 to 5 months old, but she is petite for her age and will probably always be a tiny little girl. Odette came to her foster home a few months ago, but it just wasn't as easy for her as it was for her littermates to trust people. Her time as a kitten on the street must have been pretty scary, but she is trying her very best to be brave! She has made a lot of progress and is looking for someone that will help her continue to improve at her own pace.

Odette will hang out and cuddle around her foster mom and sometimes accept pets, but she is still a little spooked by people moving quickly around her. She may run away, but her sweetness always gets the best of her and she quickly pops back out. Odette will need a patient owner who understands that it will take time to gain her trust.

Odette also needs to be in a home with other another friendly cat or cats. Being around her adult foster brothers has helped her become more social. Seeing other cats interact with people gives her the confidence to try it out too! She absolultely adores playing with other cats and getting licks and cuddles from them. She would make a great companion for a kitty that enjoys babying a younger cat. Odette is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and all ready to find the perfect family.
