Meet Copal

copal is a super special dog and i am going to be super picky on who adopts him. copal is a super big standard Mexican hairless/xolo he is about 6 years old and weighs in at about 70+ pounds. i have never seen a xolo nearly as big as he is. he is a very nice dog, he loves people and gets along with most other dogs, he can be a little bossy sometimes, but he is not an alpha male, just a boy with occasional bad manners, but he is very correctable. he is good in the house and is crate trained. he is fully vetted, neutered, has all of his shots and is on heart-worm prevention. his skin is healthy, but he has an occasional flair up of itchy patches and is prone to the weird xolo black head thing, but over all his skin is beautiful. i adore this dog, and it is hard to let him go, but we can not offer what a private home can, and i want him to be adored. if you think you are a super above average home, and are interested in adopting copal, please tell us about yourself and your household. he will need to be picked up here in tennessee, and if you are out of state, we will have to arrange for a home visit, by a local rescue, no exceptions. his adoption fee is $600, which will go to fund the less adoptable dogs that in some cases never get adopted. thanks.
