Meet Rocket

Due to changes in his owners life, it was for the best that Rocket come to the shelter in search of a new home. Rocket is a typical lab who loves everyone and everything, always having a smile on his face. He's got a lot of energy and gets excited very easily but has a very sweet temperament. He is learning to focus his energy on training and directing his attention on to people for direction. He is very food motivated and this will help in his further obedience training. Rocket needs a strong leader who will help show him boundaries and set rules. Rocket has just never had anyone show him the right things to do yet, but with a little effort from the beginning, Rocket will be quick to catch on. He is great with other dogs and could go into a home with cats, with caution. Rocket is a available at the shelter and would love to go out for a walk or run around in the play room, come meet him today!
