Baker is a super sweet boy who is very loyal and attentive to his human. He is easy going and laid back most of the time but he does need time to run around the yard a little and make sure there are no intruders. :)

Baker is very smart. He loves to play fetch and he enjoys walks but he can also lounge on his dog bed chewing on a toy. On walks he can get a little leery of strangers approaching and will stand behind me sometimes. I make him keep walking and he is learning that it is okay. The issue is that when he sees a cat or a squirrel, he will try to take off and take you with him. A front hook harness seems to do the trick for correction.

We have had Baker for a few years. I don't understand it at all except that as a youngster he was pretty high energy.

All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and Heartworm negative unless otherwise noted. We require an adoption application, home visit and adoption fee of $200 ($150 for senior).
