Skittles Poodle & Schnauzer Mix Los Angeles, CA

Skittles is a 17 lb, 5 yr old beautiful Poodle maybe with a touch of Schnoodle. He is very sweet, loves people, is great with children and other dogs in the home but has possession issues around owners of other dogs. He is housebroken, low energy, obedient, wants to please, has great eye contact, loving, smart cuddly, and can live in a household with other dogs in harmony! What Skittles has a major problem with is initially MEETING new dogs; once he is familiar with his pack he can coexist peacefully. He just needs some training to feel more secure. He needs a dog experienced owner that feels comfortable handling him on walks to keep him away from other dogs. He doesn't love being left alone and is currently working on becoming more independent. He would not do well with someone that works long hours. He loves walks, jogs, hikes and car rides too.
