This stunning 1-year-old Lab-mix girl was recently surrendered by her owners because they were moving, and Samantha wasn't allowed to come along :-( Now she's stuck in a rural shelter where black dogs rarely get adopted, and are the first to be put down ... so the clock is ticking for poor Sam!



We can't imagine how anyone could give this girl up: Her friends at the shelter say she's housebroken, crate-trained, great with dogs, cats and kids, and walks nicely on a leash ... what's not to like? One of the volunteers wrote: "Samantha is just full of personality and really enjoys people -- she'd make a wonderful addition to any family!" At 55 lbs., she qualifies as a "large" (but not TOO large!) pup, so if you're search for a big-and-beautiful lady, please consider Samantha!
