Wendy Tabby & Domestic Short Hair Mix Leitchfield, KY

In June of 2009, a lady who works at Wendy's found a tiny kitten on the engine of her car. Named Wendy (and then renamed Bebe), this pretty girl was very fortunate to be adopted by a wonderful Grayson Cats supporter. Wendy lived in her adopter's home for two years. She was acting differently and it was assumed that she didn't like the other cats that were added to the home. In 2011 she was returned to Save Grayson Cats when her caretaker could not determine why she had changed.
After Wendy came back to our care, we discovered that she had severe stomatitis. No wonder she was acting different! It is unusual for a 2 to 3 year old cat to have such a severe case. We worked with our vet to remove all of Wendy's teeth. She has enjoyed much improved health since the tooth removal and loves to have her foster mom's attention. She does get stressed occasionally because they are so many cats in the foster home. She is a very beautiful kitty and we believe she deserves a forever home of her own.
This sweet girl will rub on you and enjoys getting petted and talks with a soft, chirping, squeaky meow. Catnip and tuna are two favorites of hers.
Wendy eats both dry and wet cat food and loves to snack on tuna or salmon or chicken. She is easy to care for and loves to sit with you and to be petted.
