Our Mission
Through collaboration with community partners the Atascosa County Animal Control Division will prevent animal cruelty, protect public health and safety from dangerous animals, and provide humane care to abused and neglected animals. We will education the public about responsible pet ownership and give adoptable pets a second chance at a forever home.
Adoption Policy
Meet and greet with the pet, complete the adoption application, review application, pay the fee and take the pet home.
